See below for some frequently asked questions!
Are kids allowed?
While we love your little ones so very much, all events are adults only. For those traveling with children, you can find reliable childcare with Vail Sitters.

What's the weather in Colorado?
The weather in Vail in July is stunning, with average highs of 79°F (26°C) and lows of 52°F (11°C). We recommend bringing a light jacket or shawl for when the sun dips as the evenings have a slight chill in the air.
where should we dine before the welcome party?
We recommend eating dinner somewhere in Vail Village before the welcome party, as this will be in walking distance from Chasing Rabbits. Visit our Things to Do page for recommended Vail Village restaurants. If you prefer to take the in-town shuttle there is a bus stop right outside the venue!
What's the wedding dress code?
The wedding ceremony & reception is black tie optional. Ladies, we do recommend bringing sneakers or sandals for walking to and from the gondola if you'd like. After the ceremony feel free to hide under the table to change into later for dancing!
What's the dress code for the welcome party?
The welcome party is Western Chic. Let's see those boots and bolos! When we say Western Chic we do not mean cocktail! Jeans and jackets are fine for men.

How do we get to the ceremony?
Arrabelle Square is located in the heart of Lionshead Village and is walkable if you are staying in Lionshead. If you are staying in Vail Village, you can take the free in town bus (see travel for more information).
